Payment processing is handled through our third-party payment provider. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. DiveForm is not responsible for disputes between organizers and participants regarding payments or refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by DiveForm or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

DiveForm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
